Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-06

What we collect

• A device identifier generated by the app (to recognize your guest account). • Your display name and chosen language. • Gameplay data: coins, gems, items, level, XP, missions, shift results. • Content you post in the Feed (posts, comments, hearts, reports) and feedback you send. • App version and operating system when you send feedback. Shipo does not collect your GPS location, contacts, photos or microphone.

How we use it

To run the game (save progress, settle shifts, leaderboard), prevent cheating, moderate the community, and improve the product based on your feedback.

Who can see it

Your display name, level and XP appear on the leaderboard. Posts and comments in the Feed show your name and level unless you post anonymously. Administrators may view data for support and moderation. We don't sell your personal data.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers and sent over encrypted connections in production. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Deleting your data

You can request account deletion via Feedback & bug reports in Settings (choose "Other"). Once deleted, your progress, posts, comments, hearts and feedback are removed and can't be recovered. Admin logs and statistics not tied to your identity may be kept.

Children

Shipo is not aimed at children under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Third parties

Map data comes from OpenStreetMap. If in-app purchases are enabled later, payments will be handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date is shown at the top. Questions? Send them through Feedback.
