Acceptance
By downloading and playing Shipo – Delivery Rush 3D ("Shipo") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.
Your account
Shipo creates a guest account tied to your device — no email or password. You're responsible for your device and activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time via Feedback & bug reports in Settings.
In-game items and currency
Coins, gems, bikes, accessories and other items only have value inside the game. They can't be exchanged for real money or transferred, and aren't refunded when you delete your data or are banned for breaking the rules. Balances and shift results are confirmed by our server.
Code of conduct
Don't cheat, tamper with the app or servers, or exploit bugs for gain. In the Feed, don't post abusive or harassing content, spam, ads, links, other people's personal information (phone numbers, addresses…) or anything illegal.
Moderation
We may hide or remove content, temporarily mute posting, or ban accounts that break these rules, without prior notice. Content reported by players may be hidden automatically pending review.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post and allow Shipo to show it to other players in the app. Anonymous posts don't show your name to other players, but administrators can still see it for moderation.
Changes to the service
Shipo is under active development. Features, game balance and these terms may change; continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Shipo is a game for entertainment; obey traffic laws in real life and never play while driving.
